Positive: The villa was fabulous and as advertised. It was located near to the sea, shops and restaurants/bars. The kitchens were very well equipped. The beds were very comfy. Sunbeds, day beds and outdoor furniture were high quality, clean and again very comfy and plentiful. The outdoor dining furniture was also great condition and there were plenty of chairs. The owner of the villa was absolutely lovely and came to visit us and asked for feedback (he also brought cake). We would definitely visit again, although at a different time of year.

Negative: To reach the villa on foot from the amenities and beach is a short walk up quite a steep hill, which is not good for anyone with mobility issues. The area is a complete tourist area and so a lot of restaurants, bars and shops were closed for the season and we went in the UK Oct half term. At this time of year the pool is quite shaded and so although we had lovely weather the pool was too cold to use. We did not opt for paying for the heating as we felt it was too expensive.

Summary: Excellent villa, well equipped, fabulous outdoor area and would book a stay again.

Positive: This Villa was incredible. The owner is very responsive and offered to help in multiple ways. The house is very well maintained, extremely well equipped, including everything you need to cook for a group of 12, pool floaties for children and adults, a great boom box, very comfortable beds... there was nothing to complain about! We also enjoyed that it was only a 10-minute walk to a great area of the beach. The only thing that could've topped our stay was a hot tub, which I hear is in the works. We had such a great time and will never forget our stay. Highly recommended!!

Positive: The house was amazing and had everything we needed. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was was very convenient. There was also a lounge that the kids used and one for the adults.

Positive: -Love how the hosts/staff were always available and quick with their responses if we had any inquiries or recommendations. -The house was large and and well-equiped, with enough space for doing your own thing, as well as gathering together. Great for a large family or a group of friends vacationing together.

Negative: Honestly, it's nothing to really complain about, but I found (and it's my personal preference) that the pillows to be quite firm to sleep on. However, the mattress was amazing.

Positive: The property is immaculate with all the amenities you could ask for. Beautiful view. outstanding pools, spacious and well appointed The owner/manager George ensured our stay was next level in comfort and did everything to make it the best possible stay. Well done George, customer service is top notch.

Negative: The only small negative is stairs. I would love to come back with other family but they would need a ramp and a handrail for the pool and perhaps a small bench for the shower. Other than that it was perfect

Positive: My family and I had the pleasure of spending a week in May 2024 at Villa Aroma in Chania, and it was an exceptional experience. The villa is entirely modern and very well-maintained. The superb interior design covers all aspects, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and all the amenities one could wish for. Each room is tastefully decorated with attention to detail, creating a sense of luxury and comfort. One of the absolute highlights of Villa Aroma is the wonderful pools, which we chose to have heated due to the season. Whether you want to take a refreshing morning dip or enjoy a relaxing afternoon by the pool, this is the place to be. The pool area is extremely well-maintained with comfortable loungers and parasols, making it ideal for both sunbathing and relaxation. Georg, our host and owner of Villa Aroma, deserves great praise. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was extremely pleasant. He took care of groceries before our arrival, arranged taxi bookings for our outings, and recommended excellent restaurants, which truly enhanced our experience of the local cuisine. Villa Aroma is within walking distance of well-stocked grocery stores, a lovely beach, and much more. All in all, I can only give my warmest recommendations for Villa Aroma in Chania. The beautiful and modern villa with all the interior and amenities, the wonderful heated pools, and George, our incredibly kind and helpful host, make this place a perfect choice for a luxurious and relaxing holiday. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Positive: The service was impeccable from the moment we arrived at the amazing villa George the owner showed us around and settled us in, brought us groceries so we had food to eat as we arrived in late evening. George insisted that if we should want anything we could call him txt him for help or use his 1st class concierge service to arrange minibus restaurant bookings, day trips ect. Perfect service. We used the free concierge service all week long! Anything anytime on time. Booking taxi minibus, restaurants, days out at a cabana beech club. Then we had the amazing villa to chill out and party in. You name it this villa has it. The quality of both kitchens is unbeatable. All the rooms are lavishly furnished with hevey sound proof doors and upstairs both rooms have amazing balcony's with beautiful views of the area. All rooms have on suite showers and all the rooms are equal so there's no squabbling over room sizes. The pools we had heated so we could party until late.swim in the upper pool at sunrise you will love it! The attention to detail in this villa is 1st class. Nothing but the best on offer. The pictures can not do it justice. We had so much fun making memories here. We were so blessed to find this diamond place. Close to the strip of shops, bars restaurants and the beech, all withing 10 mins slow walk. A paradise I must say, made my birthday week unforgettable!!
